The device has closed hollow sections (2) arranged perpendicular to a vertically arranged heated front plate (1). Heating medium e.g. warm water, flows through ends of the hollow sections and resides below the front plate. Horizontal carrier profiled pipe is provided with inlet pipes (5) and outlet pipes (6) and with openings (4) for heat conductively and form-fittedly retaining the ends of the hollow sections. The front plate including hollow sections that are heat conductively connected with the front plate is separated from a carrier profiled pipe (3).
