The polarity-reversal tolerance circuit has four field-effect transistors (V31P,V32P,V31N,V32N) that are arranged between two input connections (IN21,IN22) and two output connections (OUTpositive1, OUTnegative1). Every transistor is provided with a drain connection, source connection and gate connection. The field-effect transistors are connected to form a full-wave rectifier, where a drain connection of a field-effect transistor is electrically connected to one of the input connections in a conductive manner.
