The object of the present invention is to provide a common-mode filter with good DC overlap characteristics and a method of manufacturing the same. A middle flange section (23), which is constituted via a first winding rack (20(1)) and a second winding rack (20(2)), respectively aligned along an axis with respect to the direction cut apart with two sides. The first and the second side respectively wrap around the lead wire (30), which has two wrappings totally. The wire-end (30A) of the lead wire (30) wraps around the core unit (21) of the first winding rack (20(1)). The other wire-end (30B) wraps around the core unit (21) of the second winding rack ( 20(2)). The middle section is configured by hanging across the first bobbin (20(1)) and the second bobbin (20(2)). |
