<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording paper which has high opacity, excellent strike through (print through) preventability and printability (blanket soiling) of printing ink, and also a high print density when printing is performed with an inkjet printer on the recording side. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet recording paper is provided with one or more ink accepting coating layers that contain a porous pigment and an adhesive at least on one side of the base paper. It is characterized in that the base paper contains a filler in which silicon-contained particles formed from silica dioxide and/or silicate are processed in a mineral acid solution and aluminum sulfate solution and in which the ratio of silicon and aluminum by fluorescent X-ray spectrographic analysis is controlled to be 100/0.05 to 100/10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
