PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a content related to a musical composition according to a frequency of viewing, a time or the like of the musical composition in a technology for providing a musical composition recognized from sounds collected in a user terminal to the user terminal.

SOLUTION: This center device comprises a musical composition identification means which receives the feature information of sounds from the user terminal connected to the center device through a network and identifies a musical composition corresponding to the feature information; a content location information storage means which stores at least the identification information of the musical composition in association with content location information; a content location information transmitting means which acquires content location information corresponding to the musical composition identified by the musical composition identification means from the content location information storage means, and transmits the content location information to the user terminal; and a content location information change means which changes the content location information stored in the content location information storage means based on a predetermined condition.
