<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a white filler-containing light reflective film thin in thickness having high diffuse reflectance and excellent abrasion resistance. <P>SOLUTION: A coating liquid is prepared comprising: a water soluble organic solvent; an active energy ray-curable resin soluble in the water soluble organic solvent and hard to be soluble or insoluble in water; and a white filler. The coating liquid is applied to the surface of a base material, to form an applied coating film in a wet state, the applied coating film in a wet state is immersed into a water base solvent, and is dried, to form a porous film, and the porous film is irradiated with active energy rays. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
