PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure contact reliability between a braided wire of a shielded cable and a pressure bonded portion of a shield shell. SOLUTION: The shield connector A comprises terminal fittings 10a, 10b, a housing 20, and the shield shell 30. The shield shell 30 has a cylindrical shield portion 33 for encircling the housing 20, and the open-barrel-shaped pressure bonded portion 34 to be caulked to the braided wire 64 of the shielded cable 60 and consists of a first shell structural member 31 in which the pressure bonded portion 34 is formed and a second shell structural member 32 in which a receiving portion 52 is formed to be inserted inside the braided wire 64 in a region corresponding to the pressure bonded portion 34. When the pressure bonded portion 34 is caulked to the braided wire 64, the braided wire 64 is firmly held between the pressure bonded portion 34 on the outer periphery side thereof and the receiving portion 52 on the inner periphery side thereof, thereby securing contact pressure between the pressure bonded portion 34 and the braided wire 64.
