摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device and a measurement method of the shaft torque of a drive shaft capable of detecting shaft torque accurately without being affected by mechanical play. SOLUTION: A sensor target is provided at the outer wheel of a constant-velocity joint at a differential side in a drive shaft and at a member at the rotation side of a bearing for wheels connected via the outer wheel of the constant-velocity joint at the other end side. A sensor for detecting the rotation of the sensor target is provided opposite to each sensor target, and the shaft torque of the drive shaft is obtained by comparing output. A differential calculation means for obtaining the difference of the output of each sensor is provided, and a mechanical play estimation means is provided for estimating the level of mechanical play existing between the members of the sensor target from the difference and the operation state of a vehicle. A data correction means for correcting the difference obtained by the differential calculation means and a shaft torque computation means for obtaining shaft torque by measuring the twist angle of the drive shaft from the corrected difference based on the estimation value are provided.
