PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a bearing component capable of forming a circuit even when the bearing component is injection molded as an insert component. SOLUTION: A through-hole 11 is formed on a bearing sleeve 8 (bearing component). Thus, even when the bearing sleeve 8 is supplied to an injection molding die as an insert component, since an injection material does not enter into the through-hole 11, the circuit can be formed. By forming a thrust bearing face B in a region including an opening part of the through-hole 11 after the through-hole 11 is formed, dross M etc. generated around the opening part of the through-hole 11 can be removed.
