PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device for a vehicular power source capable of suppressing an excessive load restriction, reducing a frequency of blow-up of an engine, and reducing in cost. SOLUTION: The management device for the vehicular power source includes an electrical load determining portion 106 for detecting an actuation of an electrical load and determining whether the electrical load is of load-restriction capable or load-restriction incapable, a battery voltage detecting portion 102 for detecting a battery voltage, a load restriction determining portion 108 for determining whether a load restriction is to be carried out from the detected battery voltage, and a load restriction controlling portion 110 for carrying out a load restriction specifying an electrical load to be a target of the load restriction when carrying out the load restriction. The load restriction determining portion 108 determines the load restriction to be to carried out when a voltage reduction of the battery voltage is greater then a predetermined value and that reduction time is longer than a predetermined time.
