PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for pelletizing powder capable of stably feeding powder irrespective of the variance in its moisture concentration and fluidity from one place to another in a feed hopper. SOLUTION: In the device for pelletizing powder, a second gate member 220 constituting a part of a feed hopper and communicating with a second roll member 120 as far as its outer circumferential face SR is divided into a plurality of gate members, at least one of which can be caused to slide by a gate-slider mechanism 240. Thereby powder whose moisture concentration and fluidity are liable to change can stably be pelletized yielding a pellet product even if the moisture concentration and the fluidity of the powder vary in the direction of dividing the second gate member 220, by changing the relative positions of the plurality of second gate members 221 to 223 according to the variance in the moisture concentration and the fluidity of the powder.
