The invention concerns a foldable bench formed by a frontal wall; a back wall; a first foldable wall and a second foldable wall, each of the latter formed by a first and second half which are joined to the front and back walls. The bench has an upper wall formed by a frontal half connected to the frontal wall and back half connected to the back wall. Each half of both foldable walls is pivotably hinged on the inside face of the frontal wall or the back wall, in such a way that, when the bench is erected, the halves of both foldable walls project towards the inside of the bench forming an angle of intersection in order for the upper wall to be supported and make contact with the upper edge of the halves of both foldable walls with a view to supporting the weight of a user.
