PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbia decontamination technique of apparatus and a microbial analysis system. SOLUTION: The microbia decontamination technique which has a conveyer equipped with enclosures 5 and 100 processing a carrier 6 and a shuttle 30 can be received on the shuttle 30 and includes the step of obtaining a vessel 6 composed to disperse bactericide into the enclosures 5 and 100, the step of arranging the vessel 6 on the shuttle 30, the step of moving the shuttle 30 within the enclosure, and the step of discharging the reagent. The microbial analysis system is the shuttle 30 receiving to move the vessel 6, at least two stations 2, 3, and 4 processing the carrier 6, and the carrier 6, and has the shuttle 30 composed to deploy the vessel 6 on that basis and a microbial analysis device containing a means 150, 156, and 159 discharging the bactericide.
