PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stipulate the formation range of an organic layer and to improve the durability of a radiation detector. SOLUTION: The outer edge of a hole injection inhibition layer 402 is positioned on the side of an image information acquisition area G by 1 mm from an extraction electrode 470, and is positioned between the area end G1 of the image information acquisition area G where image information is acquired and the extraction electrode 470. Thus, the hole injection inhibition layer 402 covers the image information acquisition area G of a photoconductive layer 404, the degradation of crystallization or the like in the image information acquisition area G of the photoconductive layer 404 is suppressed, and the durability as the radiation detector 400 is improved. Also, since the hole injection inhibition layer 402 does not cover the extraction electrode 470, the conduction defect of the extraction electrode 470 is prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
