PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a foamed molding, in which the foamed molding, on the surface of which a silver streak is hardly generated near a gate and which has excellent appearance, can be manufactured without modifying an apparatus or a die. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the foamed molding comprises: a plasticization step of kneading/plasticizing a foaming agent and a thermoplastic resin in a barrel of an injection machine 1 by rotating a screw 110 to produce a thermoplastic resin composition; a pressure reduction step of reducing the pressure to be exerted on the thermoplastic resin composition; a supply step of supplying the pressure-reduced thermoplastic resin composition into a die cavity to be formed between a pair of dies; and a foaming step of foaming the thermoplastic resin composition supplied in the die cavity.
