PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a response support technology capable of suitably responding to the inquiry from persons concerned of a user, needless to say the user who has registered identification information.

SOLUTION: This response support device is provided with: an attribute information storage means 11 for storing attribute information of the user who has registered identification information by an input or in advance or persons concerned of the user with a prescribed relationship; an answer example information storage means 12 for associating answer example information indicating an answer example to the inquiry of the user of the persons concerned of the user with the attribute information and storing the answer example information by an input or in advance; a retrieval means 13 for receiving the input of designation information designating the attribute information and retrieving the attribute information and the answer example information; and a display means 14 for displaying the retrieved attribute information and answer example information.
