<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater aerator which can enhance aeration action, reduce loads at the time of start, prevent blocking of a foreign substance, alleviate maintenance operation, and reduce a production and a running costs. <P>SOLUTION: A partition wall partitioning a liquid supply path 4w and an air supply path 4a provides an impeller 4 formed on a blade 4c between the lower face 5d of a middle plate provided with an air inlet port 5s by drilling and the top face 7u of a suction cover provided with the liquid inlet port 7s by drilling so as to be freely rotated to be accommodated in a guide casing 6. The liquid supply path 4w and the air supply path 4a at the tip portion of periphery of the partition wall on the blade back face 4r side communicate 4h. A middle impeller 4m is provided at the periphery of the liquid supply path 4w. The gap between the blade lower end face 4d and the suction cover upper face 7u is formed large in the liquid inlet port 7s, narrow toward the periphery containing the tongue part of a guide vane and grinding vessel-like. A plurality of stand tappets 8 and strainer protrusions 9 is integrally provided with protrusion at the lower end face of the periphery of the lower wall 6d of the guide casing, and a shape of the upper face 6o of the upper wall between gas liquid discharge paths is provided with recess at the down grade oblique face widened towards the periphery. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
