<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of equipment newly provided for introduction of carbonization treatment of wastes. <P>SOLUTION: A thermal decomposition gas line 16 for taking out a thermal decomposition gas 13 from a thermal decomposition kiln furnace 1 is connected to a thermal decomposition gas feeding nozzle 38 provided on an existing boiler 33. An exhaust gas taking out line 40 for taking out a boiler exhaust gas 39 from the existing boiler 33 is connected to a heating gas inlet 18 of a heating flow passage 6 of the thermal decomposition kiln furnace 1. The waste 12 is thermally decomposed and is subjected to carbonization treatment by external heat in the thermal decomposition kiln furnace 1, and the produced carbide 14 is recovered. The thermal decomposition gas 3 is led to the existing boiler 33 and is mixedly burned with a fossil fuel 34. A part of the boiler exhaust gas 39 of a high temperature generated by mixing burning is led to the heating flow passage 6 of the thermal decomposition kiln furnace 1 through the exhaust gas taking out line 40. Thereby, thermal decomposition and carbonization treatment of the waste 12 are performed making the boiler exhaust gas 39 as a heat source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
