<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision in quality inspection for an oxygen sensor, since the quality of the oxygen sensor can be determined more precisely than a method for visually determining the quality of the oxygen sensor by determining the quality of the oxygen sensor, based on the output values (first and second output values) of the oxygen sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection method of the oxygen sensor includes a step S1 for acquiring a first output value D1, namely the output value of the oxygen sensor, while the detection section of the oxygen sensor is exposed to a first inspection gas; a step S2 for acquiring a second output value D2, namely the output value of the oxygen sensor, while the detection section is exposed to a second inspection gas different in oxygen concentration from the first inspection gas; and steps S3-S6 for determining the quality of the oxygen sensor, based on the first and second output values D1, D2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
