<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a concrete block for erecting a pole enabling labor-saving for construction when a pole for a road sign, a curve mirror, or a protective fence is installed and also enabling a reduction in construction period and construction cost and to provide a locking member. <P>SOLUTION: This concrete block 100 for erecting a pole is buried in a ground by advancing into a circular hole formed in the ground by using an auger screw 200 to install a pole 30 for a road sign, a curve mirror, and a protective fence. The concrete block 100 comprises: a block body 10 of a cylindrical shape having a diameter smaller than that of the circular hole; a pole securing hole 11 which is formed in the upper surface of the block body 10 and into which the pole 30 is inserted; and one or more recessed parts to be locked 12 formed at the peripheral edge of the pole securing hole 11 and used for placing thereon a locking member 40 laterally projecting from the pole 30 for setting the installation height position of the pole 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
