PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device having a long service life without causing seizure in a constituting member, even in use in an environment of frequently changing the load applying direction, and even if a load applied by the rolling bearing is large. SOLUTION: An annular resin member 2 composed of a resin material is fitted and fixed to an aligning ring 1 between an aligning ring 1 and an outer race 20 of a ball bearing 3. Alignment is performed by adjusting a relative position of the spherical surface-shaped outer peripheral surface of the outer race 20 to the spherical surface-shaped inner peripheral surface 12 of the resin member 2.
