PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication system capable of outputting only the information useful for a driver and not outputting information not useful for the driver. SOLUTION: The information communication system is equipped with: a roadside wireless device 100 installed on a road where a vehicle travels, a parking lot or the vicinity thereof and wirelessly transmitting and receiving various information; and an on-vehicle device 200 equipped on the vehicle to exchange the various information with the roadside wireless device using wireless communication. In this information communication system, upon receiving content data from the roadside wireless device at a timing when a link is established with the roadside wireless device, a control unit of the on-vehicle device performs control so as to determine whether or not the content data should be supplied to an information output means on the basis of a criterion of decision as to whether or not the content data are necessary information.
