PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve a problem that correction is required to be carried out for every article in entire communication equipment on which an oscillation circuit with a crystal vibrator is mounted since temperature characteristics of the crystal vibrator are within a wide range and individual difference is considerable. SOLUTION: A transmission span, a transmission channel, a frequency shift amount, a transmission output, a modulation type, and data to be transmitted and the like are determined depending on a communication protocol. A correction amount for correcting a frequency deviation of an oscillator 101 is added to a reference transmission frequency f0, and the setting of a transmission frequency F is determined. Data determined in advance is modulated at a high-frequency part 103 based on the transmission frequency F to carry out transmission via a communication part 104 using an antenna and the like.
