PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection type video display accurately performing an operation registered beforehand at a registered time of day without increasing costs. SOLUTION: The projection type video display having a network connection function is provided with: a time of day setting means which has a real time clock function, acquires a time of day from an NTP server through a network, and sets the acquired time of day to a real time clock; and a control means which, when at least one time of day and an operation corresponding to the time of day are registered beforehand, and the time of day measured by the real time clock is matched with the registered time of day, performs an operation registered so as to correspond to the matched time of day.
