摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intravascular visualization method and an intravascular visualization apparatus capable of simplifying the detection of reflected and scattered light from a blood clot, plaque and the like which are located far from a light source, of extending the distance of possible visualization in the blood and of being easily used. SOLUTION: The method is characterized by including: a light emission process for emitting light while changing the wavelength temporally; an optical branching process for branching the light to a test light and a reference light and transmitting to a test optical system 60 and a reference optical system 40, respectively; a test light reflection process for receiving and transmitting the test light, which is emitted from the test light system 60 into a blood vessel BV and reflected-scattered, by the test optical system 60 as a reflecting test light; a reference light reflection process for transmitting the reference light, which is transmitted from the reference light system 40 to the reference light reflection part and reflected-scattered, by the reference optical system 40 as the reflecting reference light; a reflection light optical multiplexing process for obtaining an interfering light by multiplexing the reflection test light and the reflection reference light; and a signal processing process for converting the interfering light to an electric signal and processing it.
