PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure sleepiness, fatigue, or stress of a human quantitatively. SOLUTION: A measuring system is equipped with a high-speed camera 110 for photographing an eye 201 of a person (the human) to be measured, an image acquiring part 131 for acquiring an image relating to a moving image of the eye 201 photographed by the high-speed camera 110, an opening and closing time calculating part 133 for calculating the opening and closing time of a blink of the eye 201 from the image relating to the moving image of the eye 201 acquired by the image acquiring part 131, and a measuring part 135 for measuring a degree of sleepiness, fatigue, or stress of the person (the human) to be measured in accordance with the opening and closing time of the blink of the eye 201 calculated by the part 133.
