PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that the posture of a land grading carrier is destabilized during dumping operation. SOLUTION: The land grading carrier is composed as follows: An L-shaped mounting frame 6 is mounted through a top link 2 and lower links 3 to the rear of a four-wheeled type tractor and the land grading carrier 8 is freely dumpably mounted on the L-shaped mounting frame 6. An engaging hook 22 for engaging with an engaging shaft 21 of the land grading carrier 8 is installed in the L-shaped mounting frame 6 between the L-shaped mounting frame 6 and the land grading carrier 8 to compose a linking mechanism 20. An operation lever 35 for performing engaging and disengaging operation of the engaging hook 22 is mounted on a mounting member 36 which is deviated from the right and the left center of an upper frame 40 of the L-shaped mounting frame 6 to either of the right and the left sides and freely demountably installed. The mounting position of the operation lever 35 can be changed to a position deviated from the right and the left center of the upper frame 40 to the other of the right and the left sides.
