A process for preparing granules and pills of the ginseng extract is provided to increase concentration of ginseng ingredients in the granules and pills while maintaining ginsenoside as effective ingredients without loss, and improve long-term storage stability by preventing water absorption. A process for preparing granules and pills of the ginseng extract containing high concentration of ginseng ingredients comprises the steps of: inserting seeds for preparing pills into a product container of a fluidized bed processor; spraying ginseng extract solution to the seeds to grow the seeds into ginseng extract granules having a desired size; and coating the ginseng extract granules with a waterproof material, wherein the seed is at least one ingredient selected from animal and vegetable food material powder, natural food additive, chemically synthesized food additive, taste improver and nutrient supplement additive and the granules and pills of the ginseng extract contain 50% or more of the ginseng extract. |
