<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly optimally control moisture and the temperature of a fuel cell even at low temperatures and in a dry state of a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: When a control device determines that a fuel cell is in a dry state (step S120; YES) and is determined that the fuel cell is at a low temperature (step S130; YES), low efficiency power generation is performed (step S140). By performing low efficiency power generation, since quick warming up of the fuel cell is achieved and cathode water balance of the fuel cell 2 can be made in a plus (wet) state, moisture and temperature of the fuel cell can quickly and optimally be controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
