<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system in which stable operation of a catalyst combustor can be secured without losing highly efficient characteristics and its control method. <P>SOLUTION: In the fuel cell power generation system, off-gas is cooled by an anode off-gas reheating heat exchanger 71 and an anode off-gas cooler 72 and part of moisture in the anode off-gas is removed in a drain separator 73, and in the anode off-gas reheating heat exchanger 71, it is re-heated, thereby in dry condition it is sent to a catalyst combustor 6. The low-temperature side fluid of the anode off-gas cooler 72 uses return water from an exhaust heat utilization system. The temperature of exhaust heat utilization return water is monitored by an exhaust heat-using return water temperature sensor 74. When the temperature rises, opening degree of a fuel flow-rate control valve 31 is controlled by a control device 5, and the fuel utilization rate is controlled to be low. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
