<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for determining specifications of housing facilities, which can determine specifications wanted by a user with ease and reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The system for determining specifications of housing facilities uses an electronic pen 1, and a selection sheet 10 on which dot patterns recognizable by the electronic pen 1 are printed and selection data are printed by selection item selectable for specifications of housing facilities. The system includes: a data acquisition means which checks selection data by selection item by using the electronic pen 1, to acquire the selection data; a determination means 34 which determines whether the selection data acquired by the data acquisition means are in full measure and selectable for determining the specifications of housing facilities; an estimation data creation means 35 which creates estimation data on the basis of the selection data after affirmative determination by the determination means 34; and an estimation sheet preparation means 50 which prepares an estimation sheet 51 on the basis of the estimation data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
