<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of preventing the omission of law correspondence check of imported goods which is capable of simply and accurately reporting the necessity of procedure of laws relating to the articles to be imported, just after import or before application of import. <P>SOLUTION: All the articles which are the targets of import are included in HS codes. 450 articles being the targets of the electrical appliance and material safety law are included in this without fail. A comparison table 11 which specifies articles of the HS codes which the 450 articles correspond to is created. Using this as a database 2 in the form of electronic data, whether the articles corresponding to the 450 articles are included in the articles shown in the result of import is electronically confirmed by a check system 4 including a computer system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
