CATALYST LAYER SHEET FOR FUEL CELL, ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD, AND FUEL CELL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a catalyst layer sheet for a fuel cell capable of well preventing generation of cracks, and generation of transfer failure at the time of transferring to a polymer electrolyte film; its manufacturing method; and a fuel cell with excellent power generation performance made by using the catalyst layer for the fuel cell.

SOLUTION: The catalyst layer sheet for a fuel cell is configured by laminating: a catalyst layer configured by using catalyst ink consisting of a polymer electrolyte emulsion having a volume mean particle size within the range of 100 nm to 200μm obtained by a dynamic light scattering method, and a catalyst substance; and a support substrate. A membrane-electrode assembly is configured by using the catalyst layer sheet for the fuel cell. A solid polymer fuel cell comprises the membrane-electrode assembly.
