<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nickel particles or nickel alloy particles useful as conductive particles for electrically conductive adhesives, and to provide electrically conductive adhesives excellent in moisture resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The nickel particles or nickel alloy particles whose surface is covered with an organic compound are heated in an inert gas atmosphere having an oxygen concentration of 2 vol.% or less or in the air having a degree of vacuum of 10133 Pa or less at 200°C or above to remove the organic compound. The particle surface is further covered with a rust preventive. In this way, there are obtained electrically conductive adhesives excellent in moisture resistance comprising conductive particles and curable organic resin adhesives, and electronic equipment in which a semiconductor device, a chip, a discrete part, a conductive member, etc. are joined with the electrically conductive adhesives. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
