<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery module and a battery pack with a high heat-dissipating effect in a simple structure, which have a shape adaptable even to superheat of batteries getting high-outputted through serial connection of a number of box-shape laminate cells for driving a large vehicle such as a rolling stock. <P>SOLUTION: The battery module includes: a heat sink 1 equipped with two sheets of mounting bases 4a, 4b set opposite to each other at either end of each of a plurality of radiating fins 5 fitted inside; one or more cells 2 adhered at least to either of the two pieces of mounting bases 4a, 4b of the heat sink 1; and one or more cell cases 3 for pressing and fixing each of the one or more cells 2 on the mounting bases 4a (or 4b). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
