<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly attain an input switch processing, such as, switching between a media drive and a tuner or exchanging of different media, without the disturbances in an image. <P>SOLUTION: A second clock generator 20 individually generates a third clock signal, corresponding to a resolution of an HDMI signal and supplies the third clock signal to an HDMI output device 16 which is separate from a first clock generator 17. The HDMI output device 16 executes output operation of the HDMI signal, in accordance with a third clock signal supplied from the second clock generator 20.
