<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye-sensitized solar battery having a structure contributing to improvement of photoelectric conversion efficiency while restraining rise of cost. <P>SOLUTION: The dye-sensitized solar battery includes a translucent substrate, a first electrode made of a micro metal wiring selectively buried in the translucent substrate, an oxide semiconductor layer formed on the translucent substrate so as to cover the electrode, a second electrode layer formed opposite to the oxide semiconductor layer, and electrolyte solution filled between the oxide semiconductor layer and the second electrode layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
