PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing device, punching holes at accurate positions even if a paper sheet is skewed.

SOLUTION: The sheet post-processing device includes: a skew detection part detecting a skew amount of the carried paper sheet; a punch unit including a puncher punching holes in the paper sheet; a movable mechanism changing a position and an inclination angle with respect to a sheet conveyance path of the puncher; a saddle unit forming folds along center folding lines of a plurality of punched paper sheets; and a control part driving the movable mechanism according to the detected skew amount to change the position and the inclination angle of the puncher according to the detected skew amount to punch holes at positions axisymmetric with respect to the center folding line.
