PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trimming method for spews which can prevent the remaining in cutting by suppressing interference between spews, and to provide a tire molding mold used for the method. SOLUTION: In the method for trimming spews for cutting spews projectingly provided at the tread face of a tire subjected to vulcanizing molding, vulcanizing molding is performed using a tire molding mold where, in the whole region of a molding face part at which a tread pattern is molded, a bent hole 8a is provided at a position not included in a range A within 12 mm in the circumferential direction of the tire and also within 5 mm in the width direction of the tire from the center of an another bent hole 8b, then, in a state where a cutter blade is made to approach the tread face of the tire released from the tire molding mold, the tire is rotated, and the spews are cut away from the circumferential direction of the tire.
