PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a movable indoor sound-absorbing/insulating body which has flame-retardancy, has sound-absorbing performance and sound-insulating performance together, and can easily control an indoor acoustical condition by balancing the sound-absorbing performance and the sound-insulating performance. SOLUTION: In the movable indoor sound-absorbing/insulating body, a fiber hard board made of a fiber raw material comprising a fire-retardant acrylic fiber, a PET fiber, and a PET binder fiber, having an areal weight of 1.0-2.0 kg/m<SP>2</SP>, an air flow resistance of 2,000-3,500 Nsm<SP>-3</SP>, and a thickness of 3-10 mm is installed to form an air space between it and a window, and the fiber hard board is movable, so that its angle can be optionally changed. The movable indoor sound-absorbing/insulating body contains 4-30 wt.% of the fire-retardant acrylic fiber.
