PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine with excellent maintenance properties. SOLUTION: In the Pachinko game machine, when a left sprocket 66 is broken, a left driven gear 64 is held outside a body case and operated horizontally to pull a left sprocket shaft 63 out of a left sprocket bearing part 65 of a right case 42. As a result, the left sprocket 66 can be pulled out outside the body case from a left sprocket insertion hole 62 of a left case 41 together with the left sprocket shaft 63. When a prize ball motor 49 is broken down, the prize ball motor 49 is held outside the body case and operated horizontally to make the main drive gear 50 of the prize ball motor 49 pass through a left shaft insertion hole 51 of the left case 41 and a spacer 48 of the right case 42 sequentially together with a rotating shaft thereby enabling the pulling out of it outside the body case.
