#CMT# #/CMT# The vehicle (1) has a detecting device (6) for detecting information relative to ahead-driving vehicle. A linear guiding system (2) e.g. adaptive cursive control (ACC) system and driver assistance system, brakes the vehicle depending on the information. The system automatically again starts the vehicle depending on authentication signal provided by a driver during detection of restarting of the ahead-driving vehicle.
