PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide apartment house structure capable of satisfying not only inhabitants in the house but also an owner of the house in land use. SOLUTION: This structure of the apartment house is provided with houses 2 arranged and constructed in respective blocks S1-S10 formed by dividing a site into ten blocks by separating the houses from each other and having a single house structure using the inside of a living room as a section exclusively for dweller and a garden G constituted by using the rest in the blocks S1-S10 where the houses 2 are constructed as a common use section. On this site S, a road R used as a common section is built from the outside of the site S to respective blocks S1-S10, and a waterworks pipe 31 connecting each house 2 with public water supply, a sewage pipe 32, and a power distribution line 33 in the site are buried in the ground under the road R.
