PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow fiber membrane for liquid processing having a high filtration performance per unit area of the hollow fiber membrane, less in clogging during filtration, and high in a recovery rate when cleaning in purifying a fermentation liquid by processing the fermentation liquid such as wine and beer with a hollow fiber membrane module. SOLUTION: In the hollow fiber membrane for processing liquid, a liquid having the turbidity of 20 NTU is sent inside the hollow fiber membrane having the inner diameter of 500 to 1,500μm and the membrane thickness of 100 to 500μm, and when filtration is applied at the transmembrane pressure of 1.5 bar, the ratio (Flux 120/Flux 30) of Flux (Flux 30) 30 minutes after filtration starting to Flux (Flux 120) 120 minutes after filtration starting is 0.45 or more.
