PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device which can easily transfer construction materials, such as reinforcing bars and the like, at the construction site of an elevated road and a bridge, and can perform easy and convenient installation and removal of a transfer passage. SOLUTION: The transfer device 10 transfers a transferring object by moving a transfer rack 30 mounting the transferring object on a transfer passage 16 fixed and installed at the construction site. The transfer passage 16 is formed by arranging rollers 22 at regular intervals in the transfer direction. The roller 22 is rotatably supported by a support 20 attached upright to a steel girder 12 installed at the construction site beforehand as a foundation. The supports 20 are connected by connecting members 40 connecting adjacent supports to form the transfer passage 16, and the connecting member 40 includes a guide means for transferring and guiding the transfer rack 30 along the transfer passage 16. The transfer rack 30 is formed so that its length in the transfer direction is at least two times the interval between the rollers 22.
