PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission chain and a power transmission device using two sorts of pins having different length relatively which can be held in the random arranged condition set initially, whereby capable of keeping the noise suppressing effect. SOLUTION: The power transmission chain 1 is equipped with two sorts of pins 14 having different length relatively and an interpiece 15, wherein the pins couple together links 11 arranged in the chain longitudinal direction in such a way as able to bend in the longitudinal direction. The end faces of the pins 14 are in contact with pulleys 2 and 3. The radius of curvature R1 of those end faces of the relatively longer pin 14 which are in contact with the pulleys 2 and 3, is made larger than the radius of curvature R2 of those end faces of the relatively shorter pin 14 which are in contact with the pulleys 2 and 3.
