PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device directing blow-by gas entering a gas introduction chamber from a communication hole of a crank chamber closest to a blow-by separator inlet part to another communication hole even when the blow-by separator inlet is opened near an engine front end. SOLUTION: The blow-by gas collection device includes: the gas introduction chamber 9 for introducing blow-by gas from the crank chamber through the communication holes 11-14; and a blow-by separator 31 for separating and collecting an oil component contained in blow-by gas of the gas introduction chamber. The blow-by separator inlet 33 is opened near the engine front end, and a U-turn part 35 is provided for directing a flow of blow-by gas entering the gas introduction chamber 9 from the communication hole 11 of the crank chamber closest to the blow-by separator inlet 33, to a direction of once moving away from the blow-by separator inlet 33.
