PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that the length of a crank is fixed and a user cannot easily adjust the length most suitably in a bicycle for riding, a bicycle for a competitive sport, or a bicycle type training device. SOLUTION: This crank with a pedal consists of a crank 10 provided with a rectangular through-port, a slit section 15 on the outside the long side of the through-port, and a plurality of hemispherical hollows arranged in the slit section at a prescribed pitch, a first pedal fixing bracket 13 with a plunger fitted therein, and a second pedal fixing bracket 14. The rectangular through-port and the slit section of the crank are sandwiched from both sides by both of the pedal fixing brackets and fixed by a screw. Moreover, the plunger is fitted into the hemispherical hollow, and the shaft of the pedal is passed through the through-port of the fixing bracket to be fixed. The screw is loosened and the plunger is slid along the hollows together with the pedal fixing brackets, thereby changing the length of the crank at a pitch of the hollows according to the body type or a taste of the user.
