PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire for a two-wheel vehicle capable of attaining enhancement of lateral grip in turning, prevention of tread abrasion of a shoulder part and uniformness of abrasion of right and left sides and ensuring heat generation of a tread in an actual vehicle. SOLUTION: A rubber of a tread surface layer 15a is a soft rubber having relatively smaller Shore hardness. Right and left different kinds of rubber layers 15b, 15c comprising a different kind of rubber having larger Shore hardness A than the Shore A hardness of the soft rubber, in which width W1 and width W2 are in a range of 5-25% of tread deployment width, a position of an end part at the tread end part 15z side when it is measured from the tread end part 15z, a position of an end part at a center part 17 side is in a range of 15-30% when it is measured from the tread end part 15z and thickness D1 and thickness D2 are 20-70% of thickness of the whole of the tread are arranged on inner layers of the treads of the right and left shoulder parts 16.
