PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that operation prediction premising that traveling order of level intersection and usage order of a track number are changed from a plan cannot be performed. SOLUTION: The driving arrangement assistant system is provided with a database including train diagram information and a train information table 1201 for storing the on-rail circumstance of a train and a track circuit information table 1203 for storing track circuit information; an input device 1300 for inputting right or wrong of respective plan changes of the track number usage order and the level intersection traveling order; and a processing device, and executes the following processing by the processing device: in response to the input of right or wrong of the plan change, a traveling condition of the train and a facility condition of a station, i.e., a restriction condition of operation prediction of the train are switched, and operation of the train is predicted using the train diagram information, the on-rail situation of the train and the track circuit information in the database.
